CFO (Co-Founder & Clinical Director)

Charinette Gamboa is the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Clinical Director of Jireh, where she integrates strategic leadership with compassionate, whole-person care. As a nurse practitioner with expertise in primary care and psychiatry, she oversees both the organization’s financial stewardship and clinical direction. With a deep passion for restoring lives, Charinette is committed to serving vulnerable women and children with excellence, integrity, and Christ-centered compassion.

Monet St. Juste

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Monet serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Jireh, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the organization’s mission is carried out with excellence and efficiency. He plays a key role in coordinating programs, managing systems, and supporting the team to effectively serve vulnerable women and children. With a heart for service and strong organizational leadership, Monet helps turn vision into action, bringing structure and sustainability to Jireh’s impact.

Alyssa Haijon Verganio

Marketing Support Specialist

Alyssa serves as the Marketing Support Specialist at Jireh, helping share the organization’s mission through creative content and outreach. She supports social media, promotions, and communications to raise awareness and connect more people to the cause.

Director of Feeding Program – Philippines | Jireh

Jayson Garcia Nicolas is a dedicated servant leader with a heart for both ministry and community impact. He currently serves as the Director of the Feeding Program in the Philippines for Jireh Outpost, where he leads efforts to provide consistent nourishment, care, and hope to vulnerable children and families.
